There are few accomplishments in professional sports that are more prestigious then being included in the MLB Hall of Fame. On Sunday July, 24th the MLB will host there annual MLB Hall of Fame introduction ceremony where one lone member is being introduced as part of the 2022 Hall of Fame class, Red Sox legend David Ortiz.
Ortiz was a bonified superstar in every sense of the word, becoming one of the faces of the MLB during his era. Over the course of his career Big Papi hit 541 home runs, batted .286, and drove in nearly 1,800 RBIs. He was a 10x All-Star and 7x Silver Slugger, and while these personal accomplishments compare to just about any player who has ever played the game, Oritz would likely say that leading the Red Sox to 3-World Series Championships is his greatest professional accomplishment of all.
To celebrate this incredible accomplishment FOCO recently released a collection of 8 MLB legends as part of their “MLB Legends of The Park Bobblehead Collection.” The collection is headlined by the newest member of the Hall of Fame, David Ortiz, but also includes other MLB legends such as Ken Griffey Jr, Mariano Rivera, Jim Thome, Joe Torre, Jim Rice, and Barry Larkin.
