I’m not saying that both of these things can’t happen. So long as man has the power to dream, anything is possible. I mean, look at airplanes. People used to laugh at the Wright Brothers. Think of how those people feel now. Pretty dumb, I’m guessing.
However, the likelihood of either one transpiring is pretty slim. Like Kyle Snyder slim.
That said, I never bet against Timmeh. And it wouldn’t suprise me if, in a year in which all eyes are on the Beckett-Lackey-Lester machine, Wakey doesn’t pull a little more of that flutterball magic out of his back pocket.
Hell, if given the choice, I’d almost rather see his dream of 30 starts come true before my own twisted fantasy. I’m just that kind of guy.
