I happened to catch Bronson Arroyo on WEEI this morning pimping the Hot Stove Cool Music show Saturday. A good cause and a great show, to be sure. But he also mentioned that during the off-season, he and Youk were invited to do a scene in a movie a friend of Bronson’s had written and was producing. Sure enough, I found the movie Goat on IMDB and both Arroyo and Youk are mentioned in the cast!
Youk plays “Chuck” and Arroyo’s character is “Chip.” Bronson said they are in a barber shop scene. Youk in a barber shop? Unless he’s the neighborhood number-runner, what the hell is he doing in a barber shop? Whatever, I’ll be there on opening night…
