Is it just me, or do DO and Eck seem a little too close in their post-game wrap ups? Like uncomfortably, shoulders-smushed-together close? Not that there’s anything wrong with that, mind you, but I just don’t recall DO and Remy ever being that close in the booth. Moreover, I don’t see Remy tolerating such violation of his personal space, and can even imagine him dope-slapping DO for trying to infiltrate “the Jerry-sphere.”
Anyway, Shakey Wakey takes the mound this afternoon as we close out the series in Detroit. To avoid the jinx, I won’t mention my broom. But I’m keeping it at arm’s length.
