Six years ago today, Theo Epstein and Larry Lucchino took a road trip out west that helped change the fate of the Boston Red Sox. They showed up at Curt Schilling’s doorstep on Thanksgiving bearing gifts for the Schilling family and a couple of wheelbarrows full of cash and a Sox jersey for Curt. The rest, as they say, well…you know.
This year, Theo reportedly has his sights set on Roy Halladay. Could we get a side of “Doc” with our turkey and stuffing today?
